About Our Programs
We offer various track and field programs designed for different age groups and commitment levels. Our goal is to help young athletes develop their skills, whether they are just starting out or are seasoned competitors.
Cross Country (September – October)
This program runs for about two months and is a great way to start the fall season. Cross Country has concluded for this season.
Junior Development Programs
These programs are for our youngest athletes and are a great introduction to track. Practices are held one day a week from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This time gives us exclusive use of the track, making it a safer environment for our younger runners. Athletes in these groups will get to try a variety of
events, including sprints, hurdles, relays, long jump, high jump, and shot put.
For athletes born in 2015, 2016, or 2017
· Junior Development Fall: October 20 – December 3
· Junior Development Winter: Mid-January – Mid-March (The exact dates
depend on cancellations due to competitions at the Field House.)· Junior Development Spring: May 4 – June 17
Full-Year Programs
These programs are for athletes who want to train year-round. All full-year programs require 15 hours of volunteer work from parents.
Elementary School (November – June)
This program is for students in Grades 6-8. It includes most U14 athletes and some first-year U16 athletes. Athletes will try various track and field events to find what they enjoy most. Practices are held twice a week from 6:30pm – 7:45pm.
For Athletes born: 2012, 2013, 2014
High School (October – July)
We have combined our second year U16, U18 and U20 programs to make scheduling easier for high school students. Athletes in this program will begin to specialize in specific events. Practices are held 3-5 times a week and will depend on age/ event areas. Practices are held 5:00pm to 6:45pm.

For Athletes born: 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008
Seasonal Programs
We also offer shorter, seasonal programs for high school and elementary school students. All these programs require 15 hours of volunteer work from parents. You can find more information on these programs above; the only difference is the length of the season.
High School Seasonal Programs (3-5 practices per week)
· Indoor Only: October – March
· Outdoor Only: April – July
Elementary School Seasonal Programs (2 practices per week)
· Indoor Only: November – Mid-March
· Outdoor Only: May – June
Other Specialized Programs
Pole Vault Only Program
This program runs from November to June and is a one-day-a-week program. The practice schedule depends on the athlete’s skill level. This program also requires 15 hours of volunteer work from parents.
Speed Program for Other Sports
This program is for athletes who play other sports like hockey, baseball, or soccer and want to improve their speed. It runs once a week for 14 sessions on Tuesdays.
