What equipment or clothing should I have for my child?
Junior Development
Running Shoes: A good pair of running shoes is essential.
Athletic Clothing: T-shirt and shorts. We recommend bringing a sweatshirt and
sweatpants, as it can get cool.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key.
Note: Track spikes are not required for this age group.
Label all items as they may get lost.
Elementary School Program
Running Shoes: A good pair of running shoes is a must.

Water Bottle: Please ensure your athlete brings a full water bottle to every
practice.

warm-ups and general training.
Athletic Clothing: T-shirt and shorts. It’s a good idea to also bring a sweatshirt
and sweatpants for cooler days.
Water Bottle: Bring a water bottle to every practice to stay hydrated.
