Looking to stay active, get faster, and train in a supportive, fun environment? Our Masters group is designed for parents/ adults of all abilities who want to focus on running—whether you’re returning to the track, building fitness, or chasing new goals.
Training Details: Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7:45 PM

Each session is thoughtfully coached to help you improve endurance, speed, and overall fitness, while connecting with a great community of runners.
