How do I register for a track meet?

Registering for a Meet

  • Club Communication:
    The club will share upcoming meets and registration details throughout the season.
  • Trackie Registration
    Most meets use Trackie for event registration. Athletes must select their events through Trackie before the registration deadline.
  • Deadlines:
    Be sure to register before the posted deadline, as late entries are typically not accepted.

Club-Supported Travel Meets

For meets where the club is providing coaching support out of town:

  • Athletes must register for the meet and select events on Trackie.
  • The club will send out a separate Google Form to collect important details regarding travel plans and cintact info.
  • A club coaching/support fee will apply.

Important:
These steps apply whether you are traveling with the club or independently.

Travel Option Checklist

  • Traveling with the Club:
    Complete:
    • Trackie Event registration
    • Complete the club Google Form (for travel)
    • Pay Associated fees
  • Traveling Independently:
    Families may arrange their own travel, but must still:
    • Register for events on Trackie
    • Complete the club Google Form (for coaching coordination)
    • Pay the club coaching/support fee
