Saskatoon Track & Field Club (STFC) Volunteer Hour Policy
The success of our track and field meets depends entirely on the support of our volunteers. We truly appreciate your commitment to helping make each event run smoothly!
Volunteer Requirements & Compensation
- Required Hours:
Families/ Athletes registered in the Elementary School, High School, University or Pole Vault Only programs are required to complete 15 volunteer hours per season. - Eligible Volunteers:
Volunteer hours may be completed by a parent/guardian or an athlete aged 16 or older. - Compensation:
Volunteer hours are compensated at a rate of $10 per hour, paid out after each meet where hours are completed. - Exceeding Hours:
Families are welcome to volunteer beyond the required 15 hours. All additional hours will also be paid at the standard rate.
Volunteer Sign-Up
As meets are scheduled throughout the season, our Volunteer Coordinator will email the club with available volunteer opportunities and roles. Please keep an eye on these communications and sign up early to secure your preferred shifts.
