Out of Town Meets

Where can I find a list of meets?

A listing of meets can be found on the Saskatchewan Athletics calendar at https://saskathletics.ca/calendar/

What is the club procedure for out-of-town travel?

1. Register for the Meet:
    A few weeks before the meet, the club will send out a Trackie link for you to register.
    The registration fee is $50.00 for coaching/chaperone support and is non-
   refundable.
2. Complete Required Forms:
    After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Trackie. This email will
   include two links:
   o A Google Form to complete with additional information.
   o A link to enter the events you wish to compete in.
3. Checklist for Traveling with the Club:
    [ ] Register for the meet on Trackie
    [ ] Complete the club’s Google Form for the meet.
    [ ] Enter your events on Trackie

Can I travel to a meet on my own?

Yes, families are welcome to travel to meets on their own. If you choose to do so, please ensure you register for the meet and your events directly on Trackie.
