🎉 Jake Neufeld Named to Team Canada for FISU Games!
The Saskatoon Track & Field Club is proud to celebrate one of its standout athletes, Jake Neufeld, who has officially been selected to represent Canada at the 2025 FISU Summer World University Games in Rhine-Ruhr, Germany, this July.
Jake, a talented decathlete, has trained and competed with the Saskatoon Track & Field Club for several years, showing outstanding dedication, perseverance, and growth in one of track and field’s most demanding disciplines. His selection to Team Canada is a well-earned recognition of both his athletic performance and his commitment to the sport.
🌟 Competing on the World Stage
Jake will take on the decathlon, an event that tests an athlete’s all-around skill and determination across ten disciplines. Representing both the club and Canada, Jake will have the chance to measure himself against the best student-athletes in the world at one of the globe’s largest multi-sport events.
Always known for his smiling, positive demeanor — whether on the field or supporting his teammates — Jake sets an inspiring example for all members of the club.

The FISU Games athletics competitions run from July 21–27, 2025. With Jake’s proven consistency, strong competitive spirit, and the support of his coaches and teammates at the Saskatoon Track & Field Club, he is poised to make an impressive showing for Canada.
